We’re so glad you’re here! The clinic is dedicated to supporting women through hormonal concerns and beyond with care that’s personalized, evidence-based, and built for real progress over time.

INITIAL APPOINTMENTS At this time, initial appointments are not booked online. This allows us to ensure new patients are within scope and well supported from the start. We book a limited number of Initial appointments per day; availability is limited. Waitlist is available. Please call to book.

We value transparency, please note: Laboratory testing, supplements, and additional services may involve separate costs. These are always discussed with you and approved before proceeding.

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS Follow-up appointments book up quickly. We recommend booking early to ensure your care is not disrupted. Follow-ups can be booked directly through the calendar below.

ACCUPUNCTURE APPTS Follow-up acupuncture appointments for existing patients can be booked directly through the calendar below. To book an Initial Acupuncture appointment, please contact the clinic.

Dr. Dolores Fernandez ND

Dr. Dolores Fernandez, ND MSCP path to naturopathic medicine began with a deep curiosity about the way women experience change, especially through the menopause transition. Early in her practice, she saw how many women felt unsupported as their bodies evolved. That realization became her mission: to support women through the the hormonal fluctuations of life.

She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), recognized for her focus in women’s hormonal health. Dolores is a member of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH), and holds prescribing authority through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Her care is collaborative and forward-looking. She believes sustainable change comes through partnership, with time, commitment, and education as the foundation for meaningful progress.
